This real estate venture just south of the border in Ensenada, Mexico included luxury seaside homes, an exclusive destination resort with its own mega-yacht marina, plus pools, spas, tennis courts, world-class dining, boutiques, and outdoor cafés. ChampCohen designed the logo and brand package for the development, along with collateral, promotional items, advertising, floorplans, and leather-bound owners’ packages.
